No. Every partner gets a free Flowella demo account, starting at 500 billable messages a month and rising to 1,000 at Certified and 2,500 at Strategic. There are no fees, commitments, or hidden costs. The demo account is for your own demonstrations, training and internal use rather than production client work, and standard rates apply if you go beyond the allowance.

What matters is that you have clients collecting leads, registrations, renewals or applications through forms, and that you can own the client relationship. There is no size or accreditation requirement to join at Referral tier, and you do not need to be a Flowella customer yourself.

Flowella has a native HubSpot integration, a REST API, and signed outbound webhooks for message, conversation, opt-out, template and contact events. HubSpot is the only native integration today; other systems connect through the API and webhooks. Tell us which systems your clients use on the application form and we will confirm exactly what is possible before you take it to a client.

Commission is calculated on each referred client’s Flowella subscription and platform fees. It excludes WhatsApp messaging charges and any other third-party or pass-through fees, taxes, and credits, whether those reach the client direct from the provider or on a Flowella invoice. Referral Partners earn 10% for 12 months, Certified Partners earn 15% for 24 months, and Strategic Partners earn 20% for as long as they remain at Strategic tier and manage the account. We pay monthly by bank transfer on revenue we have collected, and commission reverses if a client churns within 90 days of signup.

Certified Partner requires the Flowella certification, which takes under 2 hours, plus either 3 active clients or $500 per month in referred spend. Strategic Partner requires either 8 active clients or $1,500 per month in referred spend, with 85% retention across your client book, and a certified implementer on your team who owns implementation and first-line support for your clients. The top rate is paid for delivery, not just introduction. An active client is one that is paying, more than 60 days past signup, and not in arrears. We review tiers quarterly, hold a tier for at least six months once earned, and give you a full review cycle to regain a threshold before anything changes.

Referral and Certified commissions run for their full fixed term regardless. Strategic commission continues for as long as you hold Strategic tier and remain the managing partner on the account. If an account moves away from your management, it reverts to the Certified rate for the remainder of its second year and then ends. This is standard practice for managed-account commission in software partner programmes.

Clients referred by Certified and Strategic partners get their first month free on any plan. We use a free first month rather than a standing percentage off because it closes more deals, and because it means your commission is calculated on the full subscription value from month two onwards rather than on a permanently discounted one. You earn more over the life of the client, and your client gets a bigger opening concession.

Yes, on 60 days’ written notice. The version and effective date of the current terms are published with the tier table above. Two things are protected. Commission you have already earned is never affected by a change. And any client you referred before a change keeps your existing rate and term for 12 months from the date it takes effect, so a change never reprices your existing book overnight. We would expect to review the terms if our underlying pricing model changes, and you would hear about it from us beforehand rather than discover it on an invoice.
